Please remember to get copies of all of your Medical Records. This will reflect the notes she writes of the patient, as well as, what she notes about the parents (if the patient is a child). Apparently, when voicing a potential issue or concern observed about your child is made known to her she will write snide remarks throughout her notation. Example: A concern made known that the child was walking slightly different and that you believed it was due to Little Ones toes turning in and the legs slightly bowing. (Indicating that the problems is both legs) Her response in Notes: "Mother cannot remember which leg it is." Mother also insists 'bow leggedness is worse than last time' which I'm not seeing". Be mindful these are Parents' legitimate concerns in their records which follow a patient. Thank goodness another doctor checked it out and found one muscle to be shorter than the other in one leg.
