She is one of the most caring, most knowledgeable Doctors I have ever had. She is very patience, she really listens, gives the best advise, recommendation, follows up with results if needed. Her entire Staff in Owosso is awesome! My entire Family has been under her care since she took over a previous Doctor in the Owosso, MI office. We are really thankful she is our Doctor. God bless her and their entire Staff and keep them safe through this difficult times!

I've seen quiet a few doctors in my life because I move alot, and Dr Smith is by far the best I've seen. She really cares about her patients and very knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend.

EVERY interaction with the doctor and this staff has been awful. Every time I've been there, the office staff talks over me and doesn't answer questions.I ask how to cancel all my services with them because they've been so rude, and the office hangs up on me. Unbelievable. I am a completely healthy, 23 year old teacher that they tried to take for a run. Would not recommend to ANYONE.

They deserve a 0. I'm surprised they haven't been shut down for malpractice! they are horrible if i listened their care instructions my daughter would have pneumonia. when i called to voice my concerns sybil (the office manager)was extremely rude to me, made up excuses, and lies. i called back to speak with the doctor and left a message 20 minutes later sybil called me to yell, harass, and threaten me saying "shes the one who handles complaints and i WILL NOT be talking to the doctor and if i ca

She's just starting up still, so her office isn't always up to the same level as ones who have been established a while. But I'm personally a smart and understanding person, and don't expect it to be! Her whole staff impresses me, they're all so nice and sweet and helpful. They all recognize us by name when we get there. Doctor Smith goes above and beyond as well. Tries to help you even when she doesn't need to. Very sweet and nice. I'm bring my whole family to her and very happily!
