Dr. Eileen West is professional, kind and dedicated. Her patients come first. Dr. West’s attention to detail is incredible! She takes time to get to know her patients, explains what tests she would recommend for them - WHY she is recommending a test or course of treatment, and explains all of it clearly. Questions are welcome - even if you think of them later - she always gets back to you!! I needed someone in my corner; that’s why I see Dr. West.

I am taking a minute to write why my family is giving five stars to Dr. West's practice. She is a kind, compassionate, knowledgable and accessible physician running a cutting edge progressive practice in the area. When COVID started, she was the first in the Capital region to offer antibody testing, rapid PCR, and vaccinations. This is an evidence-based over the top beautiful practice adjacent to the Inova focused on women and their families. She takes time with each patient to know them deeply and personally, and to establish life-long relationships. We have referred many personal and professional friends and family members to Dr. West's practice and their reactions have been unanimously positive and appreciative for making the connection. We could not be any happier with the personalized care we have received.

Shannon (RN) was welcoming, attentive, responsive and friendly without being annoying. She has a great sense of humor and is skilled with blood draws (I didn’t feel the needle go into my arm). Dr West was similarly warm and welcoming. She spent a lot of time with me and provided a very thorough physical with referrals. Driving home, I had a call from my pharmacy letting me know she had already sent in a prescription! I look forward to follow-ups and other appointments (and I don’t usually look forward to doctor’s appointments).

Dr.Eileen West is amazing. She goes above and beyond for her patients. I’m a disabled veteran and she took her time to explain everything to me and my family about the COVID vaccine. Her staff is wonderful and so professional. When we walked in and they greeted us at the door. She truly is a outstanding doctor. The customer service is five ?? star. I recommend her to anyone. She truly cares. She is the standard of what a doctor should be. I will be back again. So grateful for your service and expertise.

We came in for an appointment the staff was very nice and everything went smoothly.

Come from Europe I have a point of view about doctors and nurses and since I'm in the USA it was not great, but with Dr West and her staff it was exactly the same like I was in Europe, even if I give all the infos on the paper they give to me, they still ask to be sure they don't miss anything. Dr West and her staff take care of me as a person not as number. I definitely encourage peoples to go there.

Don't bother trying to make an appointment with them, I was put on hold and bounced around between different people for almost 40 minutes just for someone to have me ask about each office and tell me every office besides Springfield(and she wasn't confident on that either) wasn't accepting new patients. Waste of time.

Dr West should have her license revoked. She and her staff are the worst After a culture was taken for a bladder infection, an anti biotic was called in . Unfortunately no one called us back to let us know my wife had come up positive After apologizing Dr West became univaiable for weeks ! Her collegues refused to treat her and refured us to an emergency care facility. I should mention my wife is recovering from cancer and has been septic twice this year They should be arrested!

Without and reservation, I can recommend Dr. West for superior medical care by a caring professional. She is fully present to the patient. I trust her expertise.

Dr. West asks questions & listens intently in an engaged way. She is especially knowledgeable about women's health issues & seem to enjoy coming up with sustainable wellness plans to keep me (her patient) healthy as I age. She balances being a clinical professional & a friend who truly cares about the overall health of her patients. It is clear that her team sees her as a good manager & strong leader. Have recommended her women's health practice to many of my colleagues & will continue to do so.

Dr. West is a quality, personable, knowledgeable, and approachable doctor, and I’ve been seeking that for years. Getting the feeling that your doctor is actually listening to you versus watching the clock to make sure you’re in and out, is quite the rarity, especially in this fast-paced Metropolitan area. Dr. West is efficient but concerned, and I am encouraged to follow her instructions because of her investment in me.

Dr. West is the best physician I have ever visited. She has 100% of my trust and I recommend her to family & friends. In 2/2016, Dr. West started me on a healthier lifestyle that has yielded a loss of more than 20 pounds. In 12/2017, she immediately made time in her schedule when I was in pain with the flu. Dr. West is extremely knowledgeable in her field. She truly cares about her patients and listens to every word. Dr. West's superior level of care makes me feel like her only patient. Love her

This doctor lost the blood work and then refused to do anything about it to get another sample. She said "do you really want to talk about this because you only have 25 minutes left?". She then refused to provide medical advice because she was too busy to deal with the emergency after admitting she heard the message. Now its been 6 days in the ICU and conditions have been critical. How is she still practicing?
