Avoid this type of situation. Due to the behavior displayed and poor communication I would suggest people in need of medical care stay away from this person Watrous nurse Emma. Save yourself the trauma she can cause.

She is one of the worst primary care doctors I’ve ever been to. Refused to give me a referral that even the insurance company agreed I needed, she wrote up a different authorization request so poorly that it got denied (didn’t listen to what I said), and my Pap smear was inconclusive because she didn’t get enough specimens! She made my blood pressure go way up too. Just awful.

Dr Watrous is an excellent doctor. Always has taken care of our entire family for years. Her receptionist Karen is an absolute delight ?? Karen always asks about how my wife and daughter are. Irma Dr Watrous nurse is always great to see.

I do not recommend Eileen Watrous for any medical services. She didn’t give any indication or express an interest in providing medical care as a provider. “What can I do for you” is not an expression of customer care. She has no heart and no clue what compassionate care is. She does not care for a patient needs but simply diagnoses based on textbook interpretation. I was shocked and still am she is actually practicing. I hope people heed my concern for your well-being and find another medical provider.

She listened to me and was very nice. The office can be rushed but she still took the time to fill my scripts and make referrals to needed specialists.

Worse doctor ever. I inherited her when my previous doctor retired. She had no interest in me as her patient or as a human. Refuses to fill my blood pressure medicine in an emergency situation. As a breast cancer survivor, she was not empathetic nor worried about a lump. Told me she didn't have time to discuss my headaches. So done with her. I just changed my PCP.

Worse doctor ever. Doesn't listen. Brushes off the patient when they try to give her information. Ignores phone calls from authorized patient advocate family members. Consistently calls prescriptions in to a mail order pharmacy instead of the local pharmacy the patient requests. Turns back on patient advocate when they are trying to explain situations. She's arrogant and rude. Do yourself a favor and get another doctor who has compassion and listens.
