I was her patient for a short time but I was lucky to have her! For the first time in my life somebody took me serious and really LISTEN and check on my multiple symptoms. Thanks to her and all the test she ordered I end up finding out what was really going on with me...she makes me feel validated with her excellent care. I was devastated when she move practice! If it wasn't for transportation issues I'll be her patient in a heart beat ...

Excellent caring doctor. Time well spent. Best if you are able to describe what you cannot do especially physical therapy exercises for me.

Stay away from this “Doctor” who pushed me to the edge. Rude, condescending and belittling patients are her best qualities.

I have been visiting Dr. Nugent for several years as a patient of her OMT services. Her demeanor is incredibly friendly and professional and the explanations she provides regarding my aliments, and her subsequent OMT actions, are clear and understandable. I have been to a number of doctors (e.g., primary care, orthopedic) and specialists (e.g., physical therapy, acupuncture) for several different types of medical issues and I am always amazed at the relief and results I get from the OMT servic

After a car accident nearly 20 years ago left me living with pain daily I thought this just the way it's going to be. I tried chiropractics and pain injections (helped only temporarily). I found Dr. Nugent who has helped me live nearly pain free for 3+ years. I'm so grateful I found her right here in Rochester. Her skill with OMT is remarkable!

I had spent over two years, visiting any and every type of Dr. or therapist I was aware of, or referred to. I had fallen off a narrow ledge when hiking in the woods. I couldn't sleep and had constant pain. Nobody had helped much until one visit with Dr Nugent. She is a very special physician and healer with a vast understanding of how the body and it's systems work together. I have since, gone back to remedy a variety of longstanding aches and pains with similar great results.

About 8 years ago, seeing my evident pained walking, a friend/neighbor offered, for consideration as a treatment option, a doctor who was giving her substantial pain relief and increased mobility. The neighbor had rheumatoid arthritis. I contacted the named physician, Dr. Eileen Nugent. Paralleling my neighbor's experiences, Dr. Nugent's outstanding skills and healing arts were able to, and continue to, diagnose and relieve my misalignments, sans violent movements! Bravo!

While lookin 4 some specialists, I came upon this site. Read a no. of other Dr. reviews. Decided to write a review. Thought of Dr. Nugent, whom I've been a client, 4 a no. of yrs, & had recently seen, for both OMT & primary care service, when my primary Dr. wasn't available. She listens, is knowledgeable & provides me w/ comfortable, professional service. She's approachable, respects & considers my needs, & suggests several approaches to my concerns when I'm hesitant. Very Thorough Care & Compa

Always late without explanation, even at first appointment of the day. Office staff are very rude. When I do see her she is super nice and spends a lot of time with me, however I have had to ask her repeatedly to order lab work, which she was resistant to, and then it turned out I had a pretty significant metabolic problem that would have been missed had I not insisted she do the testing.

I selected Dr Nugent because she is a female DO. Manipulations require a separate appointment, but she is fairly naturalistic in her approach to health care in general. I also appreciate her faitn-based foundation for her practice of medicine.
