Refused to make a phone appt
I first saw Dr. McCann on Aug 23, 2023 about a year ago which she presented as an good kidney doctor until I called her office on July 9, 2024 for a follow-up phone appt as I had some questions regarding some tests and pain I was having and and her staff call me back to tell me that she said I to go to the Urgent Care or make an appointment with my Internal Medicine Doctor. I have Kidney Disease, due to long covid which I got from a Kaiser appointment on March 4, 2020. I have been taken care of by specialists not an Internal Medicine doctor who are not capable to care for someone as complicated as I am. They state so themselves and do not have the time to understand my medical conditions since they have too many patients a day. Since Dr. McCann refused to service me as a patient, I will seeking out a Kidney Doctor outside of Kaiser and will be billing Kaiser.
