Nothing on this Earth I wanted to do less than have a colonoscopy. But my PCP said it wasn’t optional so I made the call and set up the appointment. Scheduled for 90 days out, registration packet was clearcut and simple to complete. The prep was easy (but still the worst part of the whole thing) and the day of the procedure flew by. Arrival to departure was a quick 90 minutes. Efficient and compassionate staff that answered all of my questions and help calm my nerves. My nurse was a rockstar, made easy conversation and helped me to settle in. Dr. Nasser had a gentle way about him and a calming bedside manner. The anesthetist had me laughing as we got to the procedure room as he couldn’t help but take a few jabs at my Steelers before I went to sleep. Woke up a short time later refreshed, no pain and stunned it was only 30 mins from the time the procedure began. Zero negative to report. Highly recommend this practice.

The experience exceeded my expectations
I recently had a colonoscopy at Harford Endoscopy Center and the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The entire process was efficient, professional, and comforting. The procedure itself was as stress-free and reassuring as a medical procedure can be. The professionalism and compassion of the staff made all the difference. I would highly recommend Harford Endoscopy Center to anyone in need of a colonoscopy or any other gastrointestinal care. I appreciated the post-procedure consultation, where DR. Eiad Nasser went over initial findings and discussed next steps... Afterward, I was monitored carefully until I was fully awake.

When I called Dr Nasser’s office I had a reoccurrence of CDiff and a fever. I waited all day for a call back. Finally his medical assistant called back with an appointment 3 weeks away telling me a lab prescription would be placed in the mail. If I would have waited I would have been DEAD. I was going into sepsis. Thank you for being the most inconsiderate doctor I have have come across. I will never go to this dr again and b No one flare should either!!! #inmedicine for $$

I was looking for a doctor of Gastroenterology and did some research online. I found Dr. Nasser to be rated fairly high and checked out the reviews. After reading reviews, I booked my colonoscopy with him. I must say, the reviews were correct. Dr. Nasser has a very good bedside manner, he is very patient and takes the time to explain, in detail, the procedure, what he finds and biopsy, if any. I felt very comfortable that I could call him if I needed to follow up on anything. Recommend!

Though I did not actually see Dr. Nasser himself, the entire staff at Harford Gastroenterology Associates is awesome. They were not only friendly, but they were actually AHEAD of schedule so there was not a lot of stressed out waiting for my colonoscopy. They were very thorough and made me feel they were being careful and not just rushing me through like an assembly line. I got reminders on my cell phone about starting the prep and reminders to stop certain medicines a week in advance.

Absolutely impossible to reach anyone on the phone in a reasonable amount of time to make an appointment or have any questions answered. Have literally spent (at least) an hour and a half on hold stretched across multiple calls because I just cannot wait on hold indefinitely. They do NOT have a call back feature, either, so leaving a message for callback is also out of the question. Seriously, in what world is it reasonable to expect clients to wait on the phone for 30 minutes? RIDICULOUS.

I waited 2 hours in Dr Nasser office then once he came into to see me he spent 5 minutes with me. I think he listened to my chest and heart, he asked me a couple of questions and that was the extent of the office visit. After that I never saw him again. He just kept ordered one test, after another. He spent my money and insurance money like it was going out of style with all these tests. He never came up with a solution to my problem. I ended up having to go to a different doctor to get answers.
