Dr. Serrao treated me for years with pleasant experiences. However, I never expected him to talk to me the way he did on two visits. I was appalled and my husband asked me why I let him speak to me that way. He has another side to him and his behavior was completely unacceptable. Go somewhere else.

Dr Serrao always takes the time to talk to me, not only about my health but he asks about my family, my work, my vacations. That tells me that he really cares, and his staff treats you like family when you come in. I’ve been seeing Dr. Serrao for over 23 years and I wouldn’t change my doctor for anything.

I have been seeing him for 17 years and he did deliver my last child. I never feel rushed during my appointment he always answers or any questions at all questions that I have. He is very knowledgeable and has a great personality

Dr. Serrao is friendly, comforting, easy to connect and talk too. The ladies in the front are organized and very friendly also! I would highly recommend Dr. Serrao. As a patient of his for over 20 years, he has the unique combination of not only being clinically excellent but being compassionate, supportive and real. I am an RN & have been around a lot of doctors in my 33 years of nursing. I cannot say enough outstanding things. He truly cares for his patients & is exceptionally skillful at what he does. His dedication to his patients shows in his professional manner, his patient teaching, procedures, & follow up care. I have been a patient of his for many years with only good things to say. I am so blessed that he has been my doctor & thank him sincerely for the amazing care.

I would recommend anyone who wants great results and feel comfortable with your doctor. Dr. Serrao made me feel he was compassionate and can tell he had a natural talent for sculpting my body and the results were beautiful!

My experience with Dr. Serrao and the entire staff has been amazing from the very beginning. I was very nervous during my consultation and even cried because I felt so ashamed of my body but Dr. Serrao and his nurse Valerie made me feel relaxed and provided me with options. Dr. Serrao took his time to really discuss what I wanted and what my expectations were. He by no means pressured me into any other procedures to get more money which was very comforting. He also is very personable. His work (labiaplasty) is amazing so much more than I expected. The staff is a perfect match, very caring and kind
