The visits to the office start with the helpful and courteous staff at the front desk. Dr. Tristine is so professional and personable every visit. He explains my test results as well as medications I am taking or plan to. I’m lucky to be a patient of his!

Although Dr. Tristine is a competent and professional physician his office staff leaves much to be desired. Their scheduling practices are poor at best, their transmission of messages to Dr. Tristine is poor to nonexistent, and their assessment of patient needs is totally lacking.

Great "bedside manner"! This is my 99 yr. old Mom's second visit to the doctor. He takes his time, listens to concerns, and explains in layman's terms. So refreshing from the usual rush through an appointment with other physicians. Highly recommend!

Never got to meet the Dr. because whoever took my appt seemed like she was in such a rush that she butchered my phone number so they couldn’t reach me to tell me that they had to reschedule. When I called to confirm, they apologized but they didn’t have availability for the next TWO MONTHS. That was unfortunate considering it was their mistake in the first place and they couldn’t squeeze me in anywhere. First impressions go a long way for me and this wasn’t a good one so I won’t be going here.

I wouldn’t send anyone there who I like. This medical staff is awful. I have given them chance after chance to get things right and they fail miserably every single time. Giving one star is one to many.
