Dr. Sweeter was great when I saw him years ago. But he is. NOW RETIRED as of April 2020. That is what nurse at office told me. He deserves it.

THIS PLACE IS A CIRCUS! Most often than not it’s not the doctor, but the staff’s, competency. But then it seems in this case this office is so super busy that the office can’t deal with your requests appropriately, or with compassion, because the doctor has taken on too much. To be on hold for countless minutes, to call and call and no answer, for them to say another person will contact you as that’s the protocol, yet they fail to explain why so much delay. The doctor is really in charge, or his administrative person m, to keep the office flowing AND to keep good customer care. We do have insurance and expect some kind of human product in return. I just wanted to make an appointment! We do understand they have other patients. When you explain your son just hit a mule deer last night on a motorcycle and has fractures, the response is to put you on hold, then that is when you need to reassess your office procedures and staffing.

A little over two years ago Dr Sweetser replaced my left hip and it has been so perfect . The review I left had all good things to say except for the weak link in his team , Rachel. I would like to say that I had my right hip replaced on Wed June 2019 . My experience was so superb! Every member of the team was very efficient. Rachel is much more efficient at her job since the last visit. Made things much smoother. Dr Sweetser is the best of the best in my opinion. He gave me back my quality of life twice! I would highly recommend this dr and his team . Wolfgang Born

Dr. Sweetser is another doctor that likes to talk over you instead of listening. Both he, and his P.A., who I saw on my followup appointment, had taken time to listen to what I was trying to tell them about my symptoms instead of cutting me off mid-sentence and talking over me, maybe they could have properly diagnosed my condition.

Dr. Sweetser replaced my mothers hip and returned my mom to full use. He was wonderful, his staff, the hospital were wonderful. My mother is back to her bubbly, passionate, and engergetic self. I appreciate all he has done for our family both before, during and after the surgery. He is the best!

I had total hip replacement by Dr. Sweetser on 06/13/2016 and by the time I saw Dr. Sweetser again on 6/28/2016 I was walking without a cane or walker. I was totally amazed by the whole process. I went from being very restricted in what I was able to do to doing almost anything in only 2 weeks, except for the normal total hip precautions. I'm recommending Dr. Sweetser to anyone who will listen.
