Would not recommend him. While placing a stent in my husband's heart, he "nicked" his main artery and he nearly bled out. Now he is having issues with his heart, and needs yet another cath done! Laughed when he told me what had happened.

I highly recommend Dr. Edward Santonian to family and friends. I had a quadruple bypass back in September, 2016 and on late April, 2020 complained of chest pain. Dr. Santoian took care of the two hard blocked and put stents last May, 2020 and the third one last June 1st. He also took care of my first heart attack in 2007. His team is excellent in taking care of patient and no words can explain how thankful I am for their care. He is a very caring and lovable doctor to his patients.

Dr. Santoian implanted two cardiac stents in me, in 2000, RC and LAD. #1 recommendation: I am still alive and kicking and have no cardiac issues. This was when stents were not drug-infused. Never mind that he has a great personality! My scoring below reflects my relationship with Dr. Santoian during his time at the Orlando Heart Center, but a man doesn't change. His surgery on me was perfect and our doctor-patient relationship was unexcelled. I could not recommend Dr. Santoian more highly.
