Unreliable
Not good, waiting months to see him, his office canceled the apointment and gave me an option to come in months later. I've done all the tests he asked for and now at this point I would be seeing him about ten months later. I hope I don't die in the meantime. LOL what a joke

Dr Robles is amazing.
I visited Dr Robles after a vehicle accident. He evaluated the problem perfectly. Methylmalonic Acid, Serum! The most amazing thing is that he told me about a problem I did not know or believe that I had. I am amazed at a doctor that is so knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Dr Robles.

This dr. Has a poor bedside manner and it comes off arrogant. I personally tried very hard to stay because he’s an educated dr. but I could not because he doesn’t explain condition and prognosis. He avoids answering questions and frankly I find it frustrating to go see a dr. to get no answers. I’m still without care, and no more money to see another dr. He has killed me by not treating condition when I came in. I am now homeless because I’m unable to support myself and work. The only thing he cares about is his wallet. Thanks for nothing.

Easily one of the most inept physicians I have EVER encountered. Dr. Robles demonstrated on multiple occasions that he has very little clinical knowledge (unable to read basic lumbar puncture results). He repeatedly has made false statements in his clinical notes which has damaged my ability to receive unbiased quality care. He has violated my rights as a patient repeatedly. He told me there was nothing wrong with me and there is no reason for me to continue to be on disability (for more than a month) and then frantically sent me to the ER after being notified I have a serious CNS virus by the physician who performed my lumbar puncture. He does not take responsibility for his misdiagnoses and does not apologize when proven wrong. I brought this up with the practice manager and was dismissed as a patient. Huntersville Novant Neurology is stunningly devoid of quality care, physicians and management. I am a highly skilled clinical RN with years of experience. This was way beyond shocking.

Dr Robles literally saved my life. After struggling for years with debilitating migraines, I landed in his office. Finally, a dr. who showed compassion while being extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Not only did he 100 percent solve my migraines, but he and his entire staff have made everything better. Treneise and Tawanda helped me tremendously while in his office and I couldn’t see, was horribly sick and suffering badly. Dr. Robles is the first dr to ever personally follow up with me after procedures and to understand just how debilitating the migraines have been. After exhausting all resources, Dr. Robles helped with a treatment plan that worked(s). I highly recommend Dr. Robles to anyone who may feel like they have no other options. For the first time ever, I realize there is life outside of migraines thanks to Dr. Robles.

He doesn't listen to the patient. I went because of SEVERE migraine and had 2 months tracked at 15+/mo. He waived it off and told me to start tracking. He only thinks about throwing unnecessary medications at you and then increasing the strength. I had to demand an MRI with contrast. When I finally got it, he went off what the radiologist report said which was that I had a "tiny pineal cyst & it wasn't the cause of my problems. After a 2nd opinion, I needed surgery and it was not tiny or cyst.

My husband was a victim of a violent crime. He had been shot in the head, and suffered a concussion. While waiting in the exam room for Dr. Robles.,we were told by his nurse that he was refusing treatment for my husband. He did not want to get involved, do to the fact there would eventually be a criminal trial for the person responsible for shooting him. What my husband is suffering through is tramatic enough, but to go through, the insincere, blatant lack of care by Dr. Robles brought me to tears

My son in law was shot in the head and is suffering from a concussion. This information was shared at the time he made the appointment with Dr. Robles. He arrived for the appointment and was waiting in the examining room when Dr. Robles refused to see my son in law because he was afraid of legal involvement. The doctor wouldn't even come in the room. He sent word with his nurse. My son in law was a victim of a violent crime and Dr. Robles was afraid. Unbelievable and unethical!!!
