Nice Guy, Practice is Pretty Terrible
In 2025, it's WILD to have a doctor who doesn't use digital records or portal. When I asked for my kids' info - they had to find and read handwritten notes. Lot of negatives. No toys - anywhere, books, kids' posters. Had to wait about an hour - in a room with open electrical sockets (no safety covers). My son found and almost put a staple from the floor in his mouth. Room had a window but it was blocked out with metal. The rooms are old - like, 1980s old. As is most of the equipment - rips in the vinyl. Weird thing - the window spanned two rooms - so through gap you could kinda see and definitely hear the patient room next door. It's in a rough part of town. No signs really - just park and there's a door and then a little paper sign saying go to another door with no sign.I think he was okay as a doctor? Hard to tell - my kids had lost their minds after all that time and I couldn't really hear him. Positives: Staff was nice. Place was pretty spotless except for the staple.

1. Receptionist is not friendly. 2. A lot of the staff... seem to have the thought that they are indispensable. 3. You will not be seen on, around or even close to the time you are appointed to be seen. If you are new and experience any of the above, change your doctor. Don't leave it for "another occasion". That is exactly what leads them to get too comfortable and wont even great you when you come in.
