Dr.Orshansky is professional and knowledgeable, he treat you like you were family. Wish I could find another one like him since he’s moving on on his field!!

Dr. Orshansky was patient, caring, empathetic and interested in my wife and myself from our first visit. He took personal interest in our health, but even more importantly, in us as individual people. This is a rare quality seldom seen in family physicians. That’s why we call him the BEST we’ve ever seen!

Phoned office with an acute issue & was given an appointment same day. Really appreciated this . Dr Orshansky has a great bedside manner very friendly but professional . Since he is fairly new to this location made sure he introduced himself which is amazing . He discussed the problem I was having with me , examined the area & was able to determine why I was having this problem , instructed me on how he wanted me to use the topical that he prescribed including how much , how often & how long . Instructed to make return appointment if my problem did not resolve in the 7 day period he recommended use of the topical or before if condition did not improve . Very satisfied with amount of time the Physician took with me & he did not rush but took the time to answer all of my questions . Great person . A real asset to this practice .

Called Dr.Prince office explained my situat.Ms.Becky a.s.a.p got me set up with Dr.Edward Orschenski.&Family member.due to his quick thinking,his compasion...He is now family member's Dr.This Office does Not Play with Sickness.Staff,Michelle,Jennifer, alllll are compasionate,to All Health Issues!!!We are Very happy..All of the Dr.s at San Jose office.They got it going on.N.P.Angelic Jones,and Dr.P.Patel along with other Drs.At Dr.V.Prince Her Practice at Accension Medical Group so sorry for misspelled words.

Dr. Orshansky is the most informed, well read doctor I have had the pleasure of seeing. He is compassionate and really listens to you when you talk. He is professional but still treats you like family. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a new family practice doctor.

I had a tele visit because my regular doctor was out and he was my only option. He made it clear that she had been wrong in the way she had previously handled my issue. My daughter had the same experience with him. She had to see him for an allergy Med refill. He changed what had been working and told her that her regular doctor had been treating incorrectly. He was very short and I don’t feel it’s ever appropriate to demean a colleague or cast question on their judgment. In both of our cases our regular doctor was successfully treating and his recommendations did not work.

I only needed a medication refill. My regular doctor was out. He wanted to change my allergy meds that were working because he said my regular doctor was wrong. I did what he said, it didn’t work and I went back to my regular doctor. I trust my doctor and don’t like another doctor telling me she’s wrong.

Very good and thorough. I had been in Tuesday and needed to get in Friday to see a doctor before I had a covid test he was able to take me before I have the covid test on medtel.

He was very friendly, down to earth, and covered everything in a timely manner. Went straight to the heart of my concern.
