Dr. Edward Marshall, DDS

I went to Edward Marshall to have a tooth extracted. He told me that I would not have any pain or problems. When I checked my mouth later that night, I realized he pulled the WRONG tooth. So instead of resolving my problem, it took 8 months and a dozen trips to another oral surgeon all during a global pandemic and I have spent almost $10000 to remedy the problem.

Dr. Marshall took me in for an emergency the Friday before Memorial Day. He was kind and gentle. I am a widow so I have to face many things alone. I felt like his whole team was there for me. I kept looking for his billing in the mail then forgot about it. For some odd reason we got two months of mail in our area in one day. I quickly made a check out and called and apologized. He is an assume surgeon and a wonderful person. His staff was wonderful as well. I felt very comfortable despite COVID19. Thanks for being there for me!

Horrible! He did not take his time giving shots, just jabbed me 6 times with the needle. Then yelled at me to relax. Bedside manner - he has none. Almost sadistic in his manner. Will never return . Never got a follow up call to see how I was doing, like most caring docs will do. I almost chose another oral surgeon, and truly wish I had Still in pain 5 days later, with the right side of my face sensitive to the slightest touch. Please don't go here. Please.

Dr. Marshall and his entire staff are all awesome! The reciopnists are extremely nice and most of all Dr. Marshall is patient and understood I was nervous. He put my nerves at ease and before I knew it he was done!
