Dr. Edward Lewis, MD

My son is a patient of Dr. Lewis from birth, I am in the medical field, I can say Dr. Lewis has been a blessing to our families. He is attentive, knowledgable and stay up-to-date with changes in modern medicine, for example, some physicians disencourage breast feeding when the baby is getting vaccines for helping them or after, Dr. Lewis instead, always welcomes breastfeeding mothers, and encourages us to stay in the room until baby is comfortable. My son struggles with trying different types of food, and Dr. Lewis was the first to hear our concerns as new parents, reassure us, and his recommendations always match what the academy of pediatrics would recommend. I am very impressed with his practice. He does have a small practice, but I have never had an issue with getting a hold of him, when we are concerned and or the on-call physician. Everyone in the office was friendly, warm, and helpful. My appointment started promptly and Dr. Lewis was wonderful with my newborn, and took the time to answer all of my questions, offering solutions when needed. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Lewis and staff to anyone seeking medical care for their child.

Dr Lewis is the greatest!! My friend referred me to him, and I am so happy she did. Dr Lewis does not only care about my baby but myself as a new and first mom. Because of the COVID restrictions he could not come at the hospital when my son was born. But right a week on our appointment, I felt so comfortable talking to him about the concerns I had and how scared I was. He just calmed me down by telling us that we were doing just great and if we needed anything , he would be there to help. From that moment I knew we were at the right place. He’s been there all the way . He still and always responds to my texts or questions. He gives us all the resources we need as new parents every time we have an appointment. I feel so comfortable talking to him about any issue or concerns I have. Dr Lewis and his team are simply the best. Thank you for always caring and being there for us.

Takes great care of my children. The entire staff are so invested in my children’s welfare with a whole person Approach. My kids are encouraged to participate in their healthcare. We are provided with information as it becomes available about healthy choices and whole lifestyle improvement. And I love that when medication is administered it thoughtfully with discussion. I never feel that my children are overmedicated and I feel like any almonds they have her taken very seriously.
