Best Doctor in Ocala Hands Down
I have been a patient of Dr Lazo’s for over 25 years. I find it distressing to read negative reviews about this doctor, because all of the reviews that are negative mention the long time spent in the office waiting to see the doctor. Admittedly, for some people, getting in and out of the doctor’s office is the most important consideration. If that is the case, Dr Lazo is not the physician for you. If you want a primary care physician who knows his patients inside and out, does not treat patients according to the clock but instead, according to their individual needs, and who takes every bit of time necessary with each patient, then this is the office for you. If you want a Doctor Who will follow up with you after hours & weekends in an emergency or for ongoing care needs, this is the office for you. Dr. Edward Lazo is hands-down the best primary care physician my family or I have ever encountered. He has treated many medical conditions and issues for my family members & me. Best doc

As a new patient I was told that the Dr only sees new patients on tuesday at 11:30 am and to arrive 15 min early to complete forms. I did that right on time. At 1:10 I walked out after waiting close to 2 hrs and never laying eyes on the Dr. This is not a doctor I want should I ever have an emergency. No thank you.

If your time is important to you do not waste your time with this doctor's office. You will constantly spend wasted time in the waiting room as the staff hides behind a closed frosted window so there is no human contact during your wait. When you are finally called, usually after a 30 to 45 minute wait you will be given an initial evaluation by a nurse who will then sit you in an examination room for anywhere from an additional 30 to 45 minutes.
