Dr. Edward Gross, MD

I had a consultation and a spa service was recommended by the doctor and staff. None of my concerns were ever addressed. I completed the first spa service and expected to see Dr Gross to schedule procedures he had recommended and discuss my concern, the bulbous tip of my nose. When I asked “What next” I was told I could repeat the IPL. No thank you. I will find an office that cares about my concerns not theirs.

We paid $250 for a consult a year and a half ago with Dr. Gross. My child was 16 at the time. Dr. Gross consulted and was ready to do surgery. We just had to pick a date. My child decided it was in their best interest to wait to have surgery done between senior year and College freshman start in summer. We contacted Dr. Gross in December 2023. Asked about another consultation if we needed in order to schedule and we were told our child would have to go through a whole other consultation, which was fine, but he would not see our child until right after they turned 18. my child turns 18 in late spring so by the time we would go for a consult we wouldn’t get on the schedule to have it done before she started college this summer (she has a small window of time to get it done! Dr. Gross refused to meet with my child ,my husband and myself and my child who is three months away from being 18. The good thing is, there’s so many other good surgeons out there that don’t pull this kind of stuff.

I have been considering rhinoplasty for a long time, but was nervous about having surgery and what recovery would be like. Also, as I have gotten a little older I’ve been self conscious about my profile. I had a consultation with Dr. Gross and we discussed rhinoplasty and submentoplasty. I don’t know why I waited so long, but I am so happy I found Dr. Gross! From the day of consultation to pre op to post op Dr. Gross and his amazing team explained the entire process in a way that made sense and put me at total ease. The recovery for me was easy, and I experienced little to no discomfort. Dr. Gross and his team made sure I was comfortable and they were there every step of the way. I am beyond happy with my results and highly recommend Dr. Gross and Primera Plastic Surgery! In addition to the procedures I had done the included services provided in the Primera Med Spa and Salon were phenomenal! My results were not as promised. I have the picture he promised, not even close. I was dismissed knowing I wasn’t happy.

I chose Dr. Gross for my rhinoplasty procedure. I was initially very concerned because I have a congenital facial palsy (birth defect) and wasn't sure if cosmetic surgery was a good idea in my case. Dr. Gross and all of his staff (Sarah, Kyn, and everyone) were all very courteous and professional. Dr. Gross answered my questions and estimated my outcome, including the (admittedly long) period of convalescence. I Felt confident going in to surgery. After the procedure and initial healing period (when my facial swelling returned to normal) the resulting nose looked much more balanced, and was almost exactly as Dr. Gross had described. What surprised me is that, in addition to the new appearance of my nose, I also noticed that my breathing had improved measurably. Apparently I had had a deviated septum, and also a bone spur that Dr. Gross removed. I had wanted the procedure for cosmetic reasons so I was very surprised and pleased that I can breath better as well. I'm glad I visited Dr. G.

Dr. Gross has many years of experience, he is a good listener and he take the time to explain any questions that I had about Kybella treatment. He was very reassuring and explain the procedure before, during and after. I love my results! I recommend Dr. Gross and his practice for facial injectables & facial surgical procedures. Thank you. Dr Gross is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time. He answers every question, no matter how challenging. Dr. Gross performed my open rhinoplasty on June 18, 2018 and I could not have asked for a better experience. My experience at Primera has been wonderful. The staff is very caring, and Dr. Gross does a wonderful job pre op and post op. I felt that all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction and then some! When I woke up and saw the results, I immediately said, "This is how my nose was always supposed to look!" Three months later, I couldn't be more satisfied. I have more confidence, and my newfound contentedness with my looks shines through in every picture I take and whenever I'm out.

I have had a lifelong double-chin and when I lost 100 pounds a few years ago, it was made even worse with loose skin. I was always hiding my neck and I could not look in the mirror. Dr. Gross made my chin and neck tight and beautiful and removed all my insecurities. I feel like I can breathe better when I sleep. His nurse Sara and other staff have been so kind and helpful. I got massages and facials to help my healing. It was an easy, pleasant, and wonderful experience and I'm so glad I did it.
