Highly Unprofessional
Went for exam and diagnosis. Had x-rays. NP came out to lobby to state I didn’t need surgery. Never got past the lobby. Never saw doctor. No diagnosis or prognosis. Doctor submitted false/erroneous medical records to Livanta in response to a grievance I filed with Medicare. Doctor charged for exam I did not receive. I believe this doctor may delegate too much responsibility to his staff, and he does not take personal responsibility for situations such as I experienced.

Had arthroscopic shoulder surgery due to a work injury in October 2017. That was the last time I saw Dr. Green and was followed monthly by his PA. By February 2018, I complained to the PA that there was something wrong. I was offered additional steroid injections and extended PT sessions. No follow up tests or MRI was ordered against my judgement. As much as I was told in the beginning, I would never be 100% after surgery and nearly 6 months of subsequent PT, the PA told me that the doctor's work is done, it was as good as it was going to get, and I was no Spring chicken. A By August 2018, I started again with a second medical group. After 70 PT sessions, steroid injections on 4 occasions, 3 MRIs, arthrogram, and neurological testing before and after the first surgery 18 months ago, it was concluded that I have a full thickness tear in my supraspinatous muscle that was either missed at surgery or aggravated by post-op therapy and additional surgery is required.

Dr. Green did my carpal tunnel surgery, he is amazing!! his beside manner could be a bit better, but usually surgeon's are like that. more important that I now have feeling back in my hand & fingers & the scar I thought that looked like he butchered me, ended up healing great!! he knows his stuff.

I saw Doctor Green only once the rest of every visit was with Messila. My main reason for seeing him was his care and concern for this patients which has all changed When I went for my last cortisone injection I was told he no longer uses numbing spray the shots are so painful I could not believe it. I wrote him a letter which he never acknowledged in which I said I would be glad to pay for it.It will not be offered. Today he stood me up for an appointment. I will not see him again
