Ditto "Dr. Irby should have his license revoked. I went for my scheduled appointment yesterday and was very rudely told “he’s not here, he packed up and moved to California. I replied shouldn’t I have been notified. She replied, we had a list. I said I’ve been a patient for YEARS & YEARS. This is not okay. She said it wasn’t her job. This is client abandonment & has caused a lot of triggers to occur. I can’t understand this unprofessional treatment. He asked to oversee all my medications." Exact thing happened to me. He knew he was in some heat in April 2018 about being audited said I HAD to be back within 3 months. Poof gone right before my appt. I called to verify appt and was then told "Oh he's not here anymore he moved". I was devastated and felt lost, abandoned, and hurt after all the years I was seeing him.

He spends very little time with you and usually does not remember you on follow up apts. He does not allow emergency apts but will reschedule w/o notice when he wants to go skiing - then you get to wait another 3-4 months for an apt. He is very obviously "over" this career and most likely over booked, but refuses to release my file to someone who can give me proper care. He throws pills at the problems and sends you home. Staff is rude and seem over-worked. Lounge smells of urine.
