Dr. Chen billed for 2 procedures by prescribing my 74 yr old mom W/substance abuse history, Morphine and Oxycodone after hip surgery. There is no medical reasoning behind this or peer reviewed documents to support this . He only did it to increase profits because that’s how he is incentivized whereas his oath to do no harm should have been his incentive!!

I have been a RN for 13 years, I have worked and traveled to many places. I have met and worked along with, easily over a 1000 doctors over the years, and I always think of and reference extraordinary care and compassion to Dr. Chen!! You have always and still continue to have my utmost respect, I truly appreciated working along side you Dr. Chen!!! Thank you for the great care you give our patients each and every day!!
