“Doctor” Vu needs a serious attitude adjustment. He is rude, condescending, and straight disrespectful. I had the UNFORTUNATE pleasure of having a Teledoc visit with this so called “doctor” to receive medical help with an infection. I informed him that my son was recently diagnosed with the same condition, and was on antibiotics through is pediatrician. He was prescribed these antibiotics from an IN PERSON visit with a HIGHLY commendable doctor. Vu stated these antibiotics won’t work for me and that my infection will spread and can take up to 3 weeks to go away on its own. My sons cleared up in 2 DAYS with those antibiotics, but Vu insisted that’s impossible. After a few minutes of him repeatedly saying the same thing over and over. I simply asked what I could do then to get relief from my infection. He prescribed some OTC garbage that did NOTHING. The best part was the unnecessary disrespectful after summary paragraph he wrote informing other doctors NOT to prescribe me antibiotics.

Stop doubting mothers.

Had a teledoc visit for my son with an obvious ear infection and rather than prescribing amoxicillin like every other time he’s had one, told me to take my son to his PCP in the dead of winter. Where he’ll be exposed to Covid, the flu, pneumonia, and Lord knows what else rather than just write a prescription for a simple antibiotic or ear drops. Which neither would hurt him. It’s not because of teledoc rules either as I have been prescribed some of the strongest antibiotics possible for a simple UTI through teledoc. Stop doubting mothers. I’ve been a mom of 3 for 10 plus years. We know what a simple ear infection is. Will be disputing this visit with my bank.

Terrible teledoc doctor.
Telehealth
Was super rude from the beginning and didn’t listen to concerns. He said he could give medicine but he won’t and when I asked why he wouldn’t respond. He hung up before I was finished explaining my symptoms. Very unprofessional.

Very unprofessional and rude
I have been sick for days now and instead of getting the help and advice I need he chose to get rude with me over teladoc visits I’m paying for. I just needed medical help. I have a temp of 104.2 and I didn’t yesterday. I received teladoc help and emergency room help yesterday as today I was trying to see if I needed to seek medical help again. Instead I was yelled at for requesting a visit.

He was used as a teledoc physician and didn't even know that montelukast is a medication prescribed for asthma. I have to assume his lack of medical expertise is why he is a part of this "service". Consumers need to be aware when choosing a physician. We should not be subjected to someone who is incapable of taking two seconds to do a basic google search to see the uses on a medication.
