Dr. Edmund Ganal, MD

Arrived 3:10 for 3:15 appointment. After 45 minutes, I asked how much longer the wait would be as we had to be somewhere at 4:30. Was told Dr arrived late and that was the reason for the back up, but she would check. Then I was told we wouldn't be out of there for at least another hour. I said we would wait 10 more minutes to be called, otherwise we had to leave. At 4 pm they took us to exam room and we waited another 20 minutes. We told the secretary we had to leave and she made the excuse that he was on time and they have no control over how much time he spends with each patient. At 4:20 we left. Daughter in tears. This is unacceptable. At least call us and reschedule or let us know. Don't lie. Get your stories straight! Will never go back!

Dr. Ganal spends time with you and answers all your questions with patience. He made me feel very comfortable before I went into surgery. I chose him to see due to enormous recommendations.

Dr. Ganal and his team have been caring for mom for several years. She has a form of muscular dystrophy and has broken both hips. He has helped her through one of the breaks. Just recently she fractured her left hip and is healing without surgery, under his supervision. Our family wants to thank Dr. Ganal and his caring staff for being so wonderful. They treat my mom with the greatest care and respect. They offer assistance to our family as we learn to help our mom as her needs change. They are positive and what you thought would have been the end of your appointment, was treated as - don't sweat the small stuff! This is very hard to find today. Dr. Ganal's work is PERFECT, the time you spend with him is nothing but top notch. Exceptional care from he and the admin ( A and Denise and the two lovely staff members who smiled and said have a good day as we left the office). You will not be disappointed. Very positive experience with Dr. Ganel. Needed surgery for tibial plateau fracture and am so happy Dr. Ganel was recommended to me at the ER. While my injury was not any fun I have come such a long way in a relatively short time and for that I credit Dr. Ganel. Great person as well as doctor.

I must say my experience with Dr. Ganal and the entire New Milford staff was incredible!!!! Being a manager myself for an oral surgeon I treat my patients like family and that is just the care I received. They were very tentative to my needs and my family. They all took the time to educate me the entire time knowing I was a upset mess having ankle surgery. I am beyond pleased with the compassion and thorough care. I could write a book on how wonderful Dr. Ganal is and his staff. I am very thankful for you all!!!!!? I wish there was more stars to rate you higher!!!

You can't ask for a better doctor. This guy honestly changed my view on doctors as a whole. I loved how he approached the problem, came up with a game plan and went from there. Long story short he operated on my knee and I'm back on my feet with the problem fixed. Changed my life. Thank you.

Excellent Doctor, Answered all questions and concerns from start to finish of my operation and recovery. Either called by phone or I got a response via email. Broken Ankle is as good as new and healed perfectly.
