The staff is awful
Dr M is a good doctor and attentive, however his staff is clearly untrained and not accommodating at all. I asked them to fax my blood work papers to the lab I had gone to to get my work done and the woman I requested it from yelled at me. She basically was very put out that I didn’t have my paperwork With me. I’d never received the orders from. The manager of the lab got on the phone with her, because I didn’t trust myself to hold my temper, and she was treated with the same Incomprehensible rudeness. The lab manager asked to speak with the office manager and was told that she should call back the next day. Unbelievable. I’d taken off Work to get my blood work and they couldn’t fax the paperwork over. Needless to say the doctor nor Anyone else from their office ever followed up with me. I wasn’t treated like I was worth their time. I’ve moved on to another doctor but hope this review will give them some motivation to get staff that treats their patients with more respect.

Don't feel cared for/ Be wary
The doctor's staff charges you before even seeing you. They didn't make me feel welcome at all or even like they cared about my health. Dr. Melikterminas is kind but never followed through with me about results. He has also provided medication to me without knowing the results of my problems.
