Highly professional and courteous. Patiently answered my many questions and listened carefully to my health concerns. She made me feel comfortable with the quality of care, was honest with me about what was feasible, and listened to my specific needs. She shared her vast knowledge of best practices to maintain good health and of medications available.

Dr Rodriguez is a responsive, thorough Practitioner, whose caring is evident. She is generous with information and has not only provided her services but also navigated the health care system to identify a serious condition I didn’t even know I had. n this way, she made sure I would receive the immediate attention needed. I have had outstanding results. I've been with Lovelace since the 80's. Dr. Rodriguez has served me for 5 or so years. Dr. Rodriguez successfully identified the bad antibodies affecting my system from Agent Orange / Dioxin exposure. Unfortunately dioxin poisoning is degenerative and non-curable. Dr. Rodriguez is professional, a great listener, and responsive to my issues. This Vietnam Veteran/retired electrical engineer is happy to have her resolve my medical issues.

I had a lump on my thyroid and could not get in to see Dr. Rodriguez so I was triaged and they sent me to the Lovelace urgent care. There they set up imaging for the next morning. I received a call that a biopsy was needed. Dr. Rodriquez refused to send in the referral without first seeing me. She cannot see me for more than a month. There is nothing she can do, the radiologist was very clear in the notes that a biopsy was needed. I may be dealing with a malignancy and Dr. Rodriquez is doing nothing to help me get the care I need. Worst patient care ever!!!!

Not a shock that she is out of work - one of the worst providers I’ve ever experienced (I’m not going to even refer Edmee as a doctor, as she is not qualified to see patients in the US) - afraid of being sued, never once requested blood work for patient - she appeared to have no idea what she was doing - just there to charge insurance - she demanded that my 80 year old mother bring in her personally owned blood pressure cuff to ‘test it’ before she would renew her blood pressure Rx that she has been on for 10 years; then billed/charged an exorbitant amount of money for the ‘technician visit’. We laughed for 6 months at the desperation and never went back - the urgent care on Eubanks is EXCELLENT! If she somehow manages to get rehired by another provider in Albuquerque due to the shortage of competent workers - I would avoid her at all cost!

She is very fat-phobic. According to BMI, I’m overweight yet my entire blood panel is perfect. She was absolutely shocked I didn’t have high cholesterol or diabetes. She constantly talked over me. Only saw her twice and I’m completely done with her.

Dr. Rodriguez is an amazing Provider. I am a Medical Technologist (retired) and really appreciate the time she takes with me and that she feels free to talk to me using the medical terminology my life work experience has given me. The last 15 years of my work experience I worked in a medical clinic similar to Lovelace. I understand how difficult it can be to be caring for the extremely large patient population Dr. Rodriguez has. I think since New Mexico has such a huge shortage of Providers, with no end in site, her job must be exhausting. This is another reason I appreciate the amazing care I have received from her. -I moved to New Mexico last year from Seattle, Wa. And I can tell you getting a good doctor here is quite a chore. It has been like moving to a third world country trying to get care at all. Thank you so much Dr. Rodriguez. You are awesome!
