low key, good physician
I have had him as a primary care physician for one year. He is not a " razzle dazzle" guy, but appears concerned, listens, takes a few minutes to talk. So far, his medical calls have been on target.

Dr. Pollak is very understanding of your situation and will refer you to a Specialist when needed. He is a Primary Care Physician and, as such, treats a huge variety of patients. He will try new things but is very careful when mixing and matching medicines. Dr. Pollak really cares about his patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Pollak for several years. I have never had a bad experience with him or anyone on his staff. They take the time to listen if I am having an issue. I would highly recommend Dr. Pollak to anyone.

Dr Pollak is a very odd Man. The last appt. I had with him he was pacing back and forth in the receptionists office. It made me feel uncomfortable. I was on ACA and got dropped temporarily, I wanted to pay for the OV in cash. He refused to see me.

Dr. Pollak has been my PCP for about a year now. First, his office staff are always so helpful and pleasant. As far as Dr. Pollack, you can easily speak to him about anything, he always has a listening ear and I believe genuingly cares about his patients health and wellness. I would without any hesitation recommend Dr. Pollak to any family or friend. AND the wait time is usually 15 minutes or less! Need a PCP, do not hesitate to make an appointment today!

Referred by a friend. I literally called the office more than 10 time before someone answered. Finally got an apt booked the day after Mothers Day. My husband surprised me with a last minute getaway. The morning of my apt I called the office more then 3 times to let them know I need to reschedule but again no answer! So when I returned, I tried to reschedule but they turned me down because of no show office policy. If they had someone to answer the phone they would know I was not making my apt!

Dr. Pollak is the best PCP I have found so far. It took me two years to find a good PCP. At Memorial Hospital, everyone was coming and going there. I highly recommend Dr. Pollak, as he focuses on what you need and not just sending you to other Doctors for more tests. I had comprehensive stress tests, etc., before, and scored at the top, so he renews my medicine and reduced the Atenolol. Dr. Pollak doesn't just send me to one Cardiologist after another because one EKG was off a bit.

I'm still in the process of figuring out my diagnosis for a tricky disorder after first being seen by Dr. Pollak. He ordered a bunch of tests (good) which came back negative, at which point he decided it was a psychiatric condition (which I do have, but could not be responsible for all my symptoms.) He gave up trying to figure out what was wrong with me and I had to request to be seen by specialists.
