My PCP referred me to Dr. Esguerra for treatment following a diagnosis of a parasitic infection. It's not difficult to treat and information regarding how to do so is not hard to find. I was waiting for a call to schedule for two weeks, and the call never came. Only my PCP's nurse once again, to tell me that Dr. Esguerra had rejected the referral because I've been seen at a number of other facilities for other conditions. I know, it doesn't make sense to me either. She not only wasted my time, but also caused my condition to worsen due to lack of treatment when time was sensitive. This complete disregard for both my time and my health from a woman who is supposed to be a medical professional has me absolutely fuming. Would you like to wait two weeks with no contact, just so this doctor can tell you to beat it and find somebody else? If so, Dr. Esguerra is the one for the job. Otherwise, show yourself the regard Dr. Esguerra won't and find someone else like I have to.
