I am so disappointed in Dr. Udo and his staff. They pretend to care about patients yet their actions indicate otherwise. On two separate occasions Dr. Udo and his nurses promised to update a prescription and failed to do so. They lied directly to my face, knowing I was completely out of medicine. In reading other reviews, this has happened to other patients. Very sad, very sad!!!!

I went on a Saturday for the fist time because I was having an emergency. He "prescribed" me antibiotics. When the said they were finished I asked for the prescription and they said they sent it to my pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy and he didn't. When I called back the office was closed. Next day was Sunday, Monday he did not work I left messages. No one called back. I called Tuesday, after 3 hours no one called back! All those days with an infection and no prescription and no returned calls!

I had a terrible experience at Dr. Udo's office; I had an appointment for 11:30am. I was finally called into an examining room at 3:40pm. Dr Udo has terrible bedside manners, he called me closed minded because i had concerns and question regarding my health. I was very offended and shamed he called me closed minded. I waited for 4 hours to have this man insult me . This is unacceptable and I will never recommend him to anyone. They overbook appts and have no respect for others people 's time

I went early for an appointment and after waiting 20 minutes. I had to go ask approximately when I would be seen I was told "Oh , he is running behind there are 2 people ahead of you". That was an awful 1st impression and the waiting area was dated and cold. No good!
