Loss of life
Didn’t address the needs of my family. Specifically told her the issue was not new and had happened before, and that all of that was in his medical chart. However, she ignored family and the ER Drs, and tried to treat something unrelated. When our loved one coded and CPR was started, she did not show up, and the ICU staff had to video stream a Dr in from across the State. We lost a life and this can’t be undone.

Dr Lui is one of the best GI provider I've encountered in the 30 years of being diagnosed with Crohns Disease with complications. Her expertise in treating my IBD in the last two years is remarkable in the aspect of NOT having Active disease for 6 months now and the ability to raise my trough levels for the biologic taken 3 fold. It's the highest trough levels I've had in the last 5 years since beginning my journey with biologic medication. Her knowledge of dietary information regarding Crohn's disease has also immensely helped in the control of my diarrhea making that symptom practically obsolete for the last year! (Having diarrhea for the past 29 years). She is compassionate, knowledgeable and definitely an expert! Thanks Dr Lui!!!
