Dr isn't much help. Never offers suggestions. Office staff super rude. Been waiting months to get my wheelchair repaired & the Dr won't sign off on the paperwork until I go in even though I was in for an appointment when the repair order started. My wheelchair company has called the Dr's office 8 times and they won't respond back. I live in my wheelchair as I'm paralyzed so it's my only mode of transportation. It's vital to have it in working order. I'm utterly shocked at how rude this office is in assisting me to get my wheelchair repaired. I've been a patient for close to 3 years since he's the only local one but it's time for a change.

Dr. Craig was right on track for my diagnosis and treatment. Have been going to him for 14 years for bad back, arthritis and neuropathy. He warned me against surgery for my back, I did it anyway, and I should have listened. Surgery was a tough one performed by a different doc and it had no effect. His recommended physical therapy works and helped much more. He is very busy and my visit lasts only 8-10 minutes but we get it all done and I am out.

He saw MRIs that showed I had a Schwannoma tumor inside my S2 nerve at the sacram area since 2011. I was turned down for surgery by several neourosurgeons and he told me that noone was going to help me and I would just wake up one day and not even be able to lift my legs. Was almost there. Medical records continuously state "wishes to have surgery, except the last one where he put, was offered surgery but declined. Made a ton of $. I suffered bad for 8 years!! Had surgery 7 months ago. Walking!

He was extremely rude. He wouldn't listen, wouldn't explain anything, wouldn't answer anything. Very rude after waiting 2 hours past appointment time! I will not be referring him to anyone.

Whew, I thought I was the only person that noticed Dr. Craig's sarcasm. My husband has been going for years, not to my liking and most of the time by himself. My husband has chronic back pain. Because my husband won' do surgery, dr. Craig continues to prescribe opioids that haven't worked. When I told him they weren't working he wrote it out anyway and said "just in case". He also acts like we are not worth his time and our last visit together he said "and mam do YOU have any more questions

Very rude and short, didn't want hear my side of things and treated me like a drug addict and disregarded what an expert at Methodist Hospital told me and disregarded what my primary doctor has told me, I don't know what oath this guy took when becoming a doctor but it sure wasn't to help people like me....very rude and no bedside manner, shouldn't be a doctor.

He was very nice and willing to work with me on getting my pain under control with my back. He worked with me on things I needed to understand to do and steps I needed to take in getting where I am today. I would give him 5 plus stars and I would recommend him to anyone that has back trouble.

1. This guy saw me four times, did a bunch of expensive (and painful) tests. The last time I went in he admitted that he hadn't seen my imaging. 2. He just wants your money. So, if he doubts your ability to handle medication (say maybe you were depressed 7 years ago) he will run test after test until he runs out, but never actually treat the pain. 3. Every time I was there, I waited an hour in the waiting room. And for some reason, it seems like there's no heat. LEFT HIS CARE IN MORE PAIN.

Automatically was treated like I was a drug addict, which I'm not. Was told he hadn't even looked at some of my information, acted as if I was an inconvenience to his day. When I was asking questions he acted as if he was annoyed and didn't have the time to spend answering them.

Dr. Craig has taken care of several members of our family. He is pleasant and attentive, and he explains to patients in a manner that they can understand. As a nurse, I appreciate the efforts Dr. Craig makes to adequately communicate information to his patients.
