Dr. Dzenan Lulic, MD

I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with Dr. Lulic. When I arrived, it was clear that the he was unprepared. He did not know who I was and he appeared rushed and disorganized. From the start, his behavior was rude and dismissive.Although I was there for cosmetic procedures, including PRF and Botx, the doctor refused to perform any services, claiming I “looked fine.” This was not only unprofessional but a blatant disregard for my personal choice as a patient. Cosmetic procedures are exactly that—procedures that people choose based on their preferences, not what someone else deems necessary. Women who opt for lip fillers, for example, may look perfectly fine beforehand, but the decision is theirs to make, not the doctor’s. What struck me as most concerning is that he based his decision to deny service on his personal opinion of beauty, rather than my expressed wishes and desires. This is not in line with best pract

Dr. Lulic is a great listener and ensures I receive the correct treatment. His diagnosis and treatments have been 100% on target each visit. He validates my concerns and ensures we have a clear plan of action upon leaving his office. The staff is professional, pleasant, and patient. From scheduling appointments to exiting the office, the flow is smooth and easy. With Dr. Lulic and his staff, I feel my health is in great hands.

Dr. Lulic is exceptionally knowledgeable and his early background in a military hospital has seasoned and tempered his skill under pressure. In an era when many if not most American doctors are prescribing profitable pills instead of diet and exercise, Dr. Lulic will give it to you straight. Rather than prescribing me blood pressure medicine, diet injections Ohzempic semaglutide and the usual, Dr. Lulic politely informed me of the obvious truth: that I need to diet and exercise. I took his advice, and my cholesterol, blood pressure, and weight are normal, and I’m no longer considered pre-diabetic. My testosterone is up, my depression is gone, and I no longer have apnea. My wife lets me share the bed again and says that I don’t snore. Dr. Lulic convinced me to lose the weight by predicting all of these benefits and giving me the pep talk that I needed to hear. In follow up appointments he cheered me on for all my and recommended new goals. Dr. Lulic made life worth living.

l called Abraham three times today! I can be a pain in the butt, yet he never made me feel as though I don’t matter, never cut me off. The most amazing staff!!! Bettina, the office manager, Abraham, Dr Lulic, and, my apologies, I don’t remember the nurse’s name, but she is just as wonderful. I sure hope they never go away!!! Best dr’s office ever!!!

I went to Dr Lulic for PRF injections for the arthritis in my shoulders. I don't know what kind of voodoo or magic this is but my shoulders were instantaneously better. So much more mobility and pain free!! The most shocking and amazing part though was that it also took the pain out of my hip (VERY arthritic). I can't explain it but it has worked both times I've had the injections.Everyone in the office is always so nice, friendly and professional!! I've been recommending them to everyone I know.

Very thorough, very personable. On top of just about everything! His staff are also very helpful and answer questions promptly and referrals and medication refills are done almost before you leave the door!

Dr Lulic is one of the most caring,charismatic and talented Dr’s I have met. And this says a lot. I’m am a 23 yr RN and have worked with many. I went to him for under chin lipo. Which I am 3 months post op from and my profile and jawline looks better then it has ever looked. He also takes care of my lips and frown lines. Very smart and relatable, I decided to make him my PCP as well. His office staff are amazing… Betina, his office manager, the MA’s and front office staff always make me feel welcome. This is my one stop shop…lol. In the heart of Murrieta on Cal Oaks. Really glad I decided try this place. Highly recommended!!

12/03/2021 @ 10;45 A.M. 1ST. visit-waited for over one hour to see this person and then only had 5 minutes to talk to me. THIS first appointment was scheduled approximately two weeks prior and told his staff to get my records from the V.A. LOMA LINDA ,CA hospital and my previous primary doctor WITH their INFO. HIS FIRST WORD WAS "WAS IS WRONG WITH ME . I BROUGHT ALL MY MEDICAL FILES (I.E. CD SCANS, MRI, X'RAYS ETC.ETC. AND THE REPORTS MADE BY MY PREVIOUS DOCTORS ETC. BLAMED HIS STAFF ,ACCORDINGLY ,NEVER MADE AN ATEMPT TO GET MY MEDICAL RECORDS PRIOR TO THIS MEETING. HE SCHEDULED ANOTHER APOINTMENT IN TWO TO THREE WEEKS LATER SO THAT HE CAN REVIEW MY RECORDS. AGAIN, ON THE NEXT MEETING, HE QUOTED THE SAME FIVE MINUTES AND WHEN ASKED IF HE REVIEWED MY FILES I LEFT HE SAID HE DID NOT HAVE TIME AND ONLY WENT BY MY BLOOD REPORT AND FROM THAT HE SCHEDULED THREE DOCTORS BUT NEVER SENT THEM THE RFFERAL INFO TO THIS DATE 01/05/2022. "QUOTED , IF I AM NOT SATISFIED SEEK ANOTHER DR.

Very professional. Did not have to wait. All documents were sent via email, which made the “new patient” process flow quickly. Dr. Lulic took his time explaining everything. During my appointment he notified me that I was taking medication that contraindicated (previous physician had prescribed). Overall he was phenomenal and I highly recommend him as a primary healthcare physician.

After working with Dr. Lulic for two years I have yet to see how caring, and compassionate he is with all his patients. He always addresses all of your concerns at each visit even if he is on a tight schedule. I would without doubt have him as my doctor, and of course I would highly recommend. He is one of the best Dr's that I have seen practice with such dedication and worked with in my 20 year healthcare career.

I don't know where these disgruntled patients came from but ever since he took over the practice from my old Doctor I have been very pleased. I have to drive 50+ miles to see him and he has always been courteous, super caring, and seems to order all the right tests even if it does sound like overkill to me. He has two great nurses, one which is as sharp as a Dr. and the office staff has always been friendly and tries to get me in even when he's booked with patients. I have been very happy.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lulic. Dr. Lulic and his staff are unlike any other I have seen. They are easy to communicate with. I receive my test results in a timely manner. I feel that he listens and orders appropriate testing.

Stay away!! He is terrible doctor, no filter, does not know how to communicate, he talks down to you to your face and when he is not in front of u because u can hear him thru the door talking to the other nurses and has no remorse when he comes back in the room. He makes u feel bad about yourself. Please stay away so he doesn’t do the same thing to you. He should not be allowed to practice medicine.

Unprofessional. He has yelled at me several times and one time conducted my entire visit in the hallway of his practice because he was trying to find some paperwork at the same time! If you are proactive and know what you need to ask the doctor, he is not the one for you. He only wants to carry on a one-way discussion and doesn’t seem to care about your questions. I have since found a new PCP.

Dr. Dzenan Lulic is the worst doctor I’ve ever had. I didn’t choose him—he filled in for a physician that had left his practice. I can’t find any reviews on him anywhere and I’m wondering why that is. He is listed as being a general surgeon in Fresno, California, but he’s actually in Hemet, California, and is now saying he is a primary care physician. I wonder how much better my health would be right now if he had found the time to discuss my health issues with me during my time there.
