After about one year of psychiatry for chronic anxiety and depression I ended up in the hospital and he was the psychiatrist they’re treating me I told him I tried all the first and second line medications and they asked about third line medications. At that point he insisted that there should be behavior changes even though I’ve been going to cognitive behavioral therapy for a couple years now to target my behavior. In conclusion he insisted behavior changes was the key to my chronic anxiety and depression I did not believe that since behavior changes did not change my mood or outlook on life. Disappointing that he was unwilling to Medically treat a suicidal child. Not a wise decision.
