My husband (patient) and I had such an excellent experience with Dr. Prins! He took the time to patiently listen and diagnose my husband's fractured foot. We appreciate his conservative approach to treatment--waiting for healing period before considering surgery. His friendly, relatable, and humorous personality (without ever coming across as arrogant) helped put my husband and me at ease.Also, I would like to commend his staff, particularly, Alex. If it hadn't been for him, my husband would have been forced to see another orthopedic doctor. He went above and beyond to arrange an appointment with Dr. Prins, and we are so grateful to him! The nurses, front desk personnel, and techs are kind, compassionate, and professional. Rarely, does one find a medical office where every team member works so seamlessly together, creating such an exceptional and welcoming experience.
