My husband and I used to be a patient of Dr. Nguyen for years but decided to leave the practice because I was furious with the way he bills the insurance. I work in the medical field too and I know how to read EOB and CPT code. He bills for tests that were not performed and order way to unnecessary labs/tests. To be specific, he would bill for CPT G codes for counseling (multiple counseling in 1 visit) that never took place. Oh well. He used to be great but I am not sure about that now.

My mother and I have been Dr. Nguyen patients for years and after met him and his family at Rocking Horse Ranch Resort, Dr. Nguyen and his family are humble outside the office. If there were more stars to give I would. All I have to say is that Dr. Dustin Nguyen IS AN ASSET TO ASIAN COMMUNITY.

Doctor Dustin refers me to too many specialists that are not necessary. Especially to eye doctors. He constantly sends me to get MRI scans and gives many prescriptions that I don't need

Dr. Dustin was inefficient with my time and sent me to too many specialists and asked me to participate in many unnecessary tests. As a patient for over twenty years, he never seems confident with his advice and seems to be more of a counselor than a doctor. I go there with trust that he knows if there is something wrong, but he always steers me in various directions leaving me confused to what to do.

Dr Nguyen is an excellent doctor. He was my primary care physician for 12 years, I moved to a different state otherwise he would still be my doctor. His medical care is very thorough, he has a straightforward, direct, clear, pleasant bedside manner. He takes time, he listens, he is astute in diagnosis, makes intelligent judgement calls, has an open mind, but is methodical. The medical assistants & front office are very nice & efficient. Billing was always handled correctly & professionally.
