Spent appropriate time and communication with me to understand issue and recommended a simple straightforward course of action. Staff is great. Appointment time was on time and had sufficient time with Dr. Wells. Would strongly recommend Dr. Wells.

Excellent bedside manner, well informed for pt information, ask a lot of questions of your diagnosis, I met him 2 years ago when I had fallen and had to have surgery and would recommend him to everyone

I have been seeing Dr. Wells since 2003 when I was hit head-on by a drunk driver. He was on call that evening for which I am very grateful. He has provided excellent care every time I have been to him, including 13 surgeries. I highly recommend him to anyone needing orthopedic care. Absolutely the best!

Yes, I would recommend Dr. Wells to anyone. I've been a patient of his since Nov 1, 2011. I've had both knees replaced, left shoulder surgery, collateral ligament surgery and i recently fell and broke my left wrist. i'll be having surgery this Friday for my wrist. I like Dr. Wells's bedside manner and he's the first ortho doc i would go to for my ortho needs.

DR. Wells has served the Family on rare occasions over the years without fail. A very intuitive Physician who knows the ropes but more importantly enjoys his Life's work and it shows. If you want the best go to the Well (s)!

Dr. Wells allowed me time to express my concerns in my own words at the beginning of my visit.He has a very professional yet caring manner that put me at ease. I appreciated the fact that he referred me out for an MRI to really see what was wrong with my knee before suggesting treatment.

From the first phone call, I knew this practice would be a good fit. The staff was welcoming, and Dr Wells listened and asked all the right questions to determine the best course of treatment. There's so much difference in a single practitioner, and an impersonal group practice. It was a very positive experience.

First, I must say that everyone I encountered at that office was extremely friendly and professional. I was brought into the examination room in a very timely manner. I went in for what I was confident was a distal bicep tear. Dr. Wells confirmed he thought it was a distal tear within a few minutes of seeing me. He then said he wanted to refer me to a sports orthopedic doctor which surprised me. He gave me the name and number of Dr. Robert Kelly at Resurgens. I was out of Dr. Wells office in five minutes and it cost me $150 copay! I called Dr. Kelly at Resurgens, gave them all my information and was the transferred to Dr. Kelly’s office to schedule an appointment. Got a recording and left a detailed message and 48 hours later I still have not heard back from them. I have contacted another doctor and have an appointment on next Tuesday. So all in all my experience with Dr. Wells cost me $150 and 2 days of time for nothing??????? Very friendly but I would not recommend...

I suffered with foot pain for years. After several visits to a large orthopedic practice with no relief, I went to Dr Wells because he’s not part of a large group. He tried to offer surgical alternatives , but when I was adamant about surgery, he thoroughly explained the procedure and recovery. I can finally say I can now walk with zero pain thanks to him. It’s not an exaggeration to say he had changed my life

I met Dr. Wells during an ER visit while he was on call. Needed a rod/screws inserted in my leg for a tibia/fibula fracture. He did a wonderful job and surgery was successful. He is very meticulous and spent a lot of time with me during subsequent office visits as this was a pretty traumatic experience. His office staff is lovely and I will not hesitate to use him in the future if a need arises.
