Dr. Rardin's testing was the most thorough testing I have received related to the memory problems I am experiencing.

Following my 2nd round of consultation, not happy.
I feel that he didn’t take a real interest in my concerns and didn’t offer any options for helping resolve.

Office staff was friendly , and there was zero wait-time. Dr. Rardin was thorough , communicated his observations, and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I was pleased with my first visit with this doctor .

I've been seeing this doctor for over a year. Very condescending and dismissive. He had a young intern with him, and when I didn't have reflexes in my feet, Rardin looked at him and said neuropathy. He never looked at me to tell me anything about this new diagnosis, the symptoms, cause, course, prognosis. I felt like a science project; a lab rat. Cold, no interpersonal patient relationship. Old school.

I have tried to explain to this doctor my huge list of symptoms and I get cut off every time and told, "I can only address one thing". I have been having neurological symptoms for 5 years and have been run through tests one at a time with no diagnosis. I have deteriorated to the point that I have lost my ability to drive, walk, see, remember, etc and all I get is new medication and a psychiatric referral. I want to know what is wrong with me and proactively treat it, not take a handful of pills to disguise whatever I have.

Doesn't have compassion for someone that hurts ever day, and has made me feel like less than a person twice now. I recently moved out of state but still make the trip back for care. I have come off all drugs but one and the ONE medication that I need from them because my new Dr here hesitates to give me the dose I need, Dr Rardins nurse calls me back, puts me on speaker, makes me feel like a druggie, and says he said No. If your neurologist doesn't understand your disease, who will? Done here.

Dr. Rardin is very friendly and listens very carefully to my problems. He is extremely knowledgeable about neurology and offers solutions to my problems and tells me about possible side effects of different drugs I might take. Then Dr. Rardin follows up with a written report concerning the results of my appointment and forwards them to my primary care doctor. I left Dr. Rardin feeling uplifted and encouraged.

Terrible!! Perfectly healthy my entire life, then 1 day my life changed.Went to this Dr.and he was so very very condescending & did not listen to anything that I said.Made diagnoses on assumptions he had of me without even asking me about certain things.A Dr. should get to know a patient and listen,he doesn't.Felt just because he has a medical degree what he said was right and I was not allowed to have a different opinion. Don't go to this Dr. please, go some where else. I will never ever go back

Went to this Dr. with high hopes of help after months of no answers. He made us feel beneath him, very uncomfortable. Did NOT listen to us at all. My spouse left in tears.A Dr. should LISTEN & be compassionate & want to help.I would never recommend this Dr.No Dr. should make a patient whose life changed due to illness feel more hopeless than they already do,& he did just that to my spouse. No compassion,no care, made assumptions & did NOT listen, acted like he knew my spouse better than we do.AWFUL

Dr. Rardin took the time to explain the significance of a 2nd brain tumor on my MRI. He was thorough in his exam, and was personable. He seemed very caring and took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend him.

I went to mission neurology with an urgent consult. The consult was put in on Friday and I was called the same day for an appointment on Monday morning at 8am. My nurse was personable and sweet. Dr. Rardin was WONDERFUL! He was thorough and answered questions, learned our names and was honest. He is a great doctor! I highly recommend him! Super personable as well!

I am always treated with care and understanding. Dr. Rardin has an amazing staff and my call are returned always with instructions and empathy to my issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Rardin and his entire team. I travel from SC and would never intrust others with my care. Five stars more if possible. James Clarke.

Dr. Rardin doesn't listen. He's condescending and patronizing and only seems to care about pushing my husband onto meds. My husband has a TBI. Dr. Rardin refused to do a brain mapping which is the ONLY way to accurately determine where the brain in injured and the extent via neurofeedback. Why? My husband isn't severe enough even though he has sensory, cognitive, and memory problems. Instead let's play a guessing game with a neuropsych eva, drug him, and put him in therapy. Shame on you doctor.

Easy to talk to. I don't understand the negative reviews. He did not try to force me onto a dmd or other meds. He was friendly and thorough. He did not make me feel whinny or a cry baby. Very understanding. The female at park ridge is so snooty and demands dmds when you say no. She was rude! Other Hville guy while fantastic knows very little about multiple sclerosis or its nuances. Awesome migraine guy, but multiple sclerosis is best handled by rardon. Would go back again and again.

Condescending, dismissive and patronizing. To refill my medication took almost a month of phone tag, and when I went to pick it up, it was wrong. When I went back to pick it up, it was not ready as promised and I waited over an hour. Extremely disorganized. Doesn't answer simple questions or inform patient. I received an appointment for a test that I didn't know he'd even scheduled, much less what the test was. It was easy to schedule an appointment, perhaps because no one else wants to see him!
