I've being seeing Dr. Phan since I was young. He's always been so professional. He helped me get all of my vaccines for school and encouraged me as a young Healthcare professional student myself. I love this office.

Is there any other number aside from the one listed? I have been not even on hold but on hold for 15 minutes trying to get thru to schedule an appointment and have yet to have anyone answer the phone ... does this happen every time? as a new patient this is incredibly frustrating....

Office staff are not doing their job. They said they would send the referral request on the same day that my husband saw the doctor but they never did. I called back a week later to ask them the status of the referral as I called our insurance and they said no referral for my husband on the system. The staff here was just ignorance as they could be. They said they have not sent. I asked them why then they were just passing the ball. Too bad for this doctor to have these people working for him. Sooner or later his patients will find a better place to care for their health.

Doctor is great. Staff are the worst I have ever seen in the medical industry. Receptionist are rude and unfriendly. My friends, family and I are patients of Dr. Phan. I sure hope he read this and have staffs who are professional and care for parient's well being.

This is for the office of Dr. Duc Hong Phan: I couldn't even schedule an appointment. I am Vietnamese, but I scheduled an appointment in English for my Mexican husband. The representative told me they ARE accepting new patients and would need to verify my husband's insurance and would call me back in 2-3 hours to lock down an appointment for 4pm. I waited and did not receive a call back. So then I called and the first thing she tells me is that my husband's insurance isn't accepted by this do
