Unreliable practice: confusion and delay
Always have to call multiple times to get refills called in, staff schedules appointments on wrong dates i.e. not the date they tell you, has been several hours late for telehealth visits, the one thing this practice does do with great proficiency is makes sure they charge you before each visit, otherwise - pure chaos
