Waited 2.5 hours past my appointment time initially and 1.5 hours past my appointment time for follow up. Left big scar that didn’t have to be so gnarly. He seemed fine. Probably wouldn’t see him again if I didn’t need to.

He takes his time explaining your problem and how he is going to address it. He didn’t rush in and out like most doctors. He answered questions and drew diagrams. Excellent doctor.

My Experience with the Dr for my evaluation was what I had hoped, unfortunately I did not see him until 90minutes after my appointment time. with the follow up I waited 95 minutes before I saw the Dr. While sitting in the lobby I overheard about 4 other patients repeatedly commenting about how long they had been waiting, I asked the office staff person if there was a reason for these extended wait times, her response was 'this is the way the Dr wants his Appointments Scheduled'. I addressed this with the Dr and he took great offense at my questions & observations. He simply stated 'How the care he provides is complete and he takes all the time needed when in with a patient. I asked if it might be prudent to adjust how his appointments are spaced, he closed is computer and ended the appointment. Medical Care 5 Patient Considerations -5. If you have time to wait then go, if you value your time you may want to reconsider.

Dr.Renold was very patient and explained what had to be done. He was very cautious and wanted two more tests done before he operated

Dr. Reynolds repaired an umbilical hernia for me and I am very pleased with the outcome. He was very professional, pleasant and easy to understand. He explained the process with much clarity and alleviated any concerns that I had. He was highly recommended to me and I would do the same for others.

My husband had been in the ER at St. Thomas West all day. He was experiencing pain under his rib cage and had some bloating. After many test, we found out that his gallbladder was very infected and he needed ER surgery. He had never had surgery before. Dr. Reynolds came into the room introduced himself. Very friendly, excellent bed side manner and very energetic for it to be 5:00pm. He drew us pictures to show what was going on with his gallbladder. Told us what he was going to do. He explained recovery time after the surgery. Dr. Reynold's left no stone unturned. We were very scared but he really put our minds at ease. My husband is doing fantastic! I want Dr. Reynold's to know and anyone else that is afraid of having surgery that needs it. You are in good hands. Dr. Reynold's hands are blessed by God. Thank you for making us feel as ease and for being the best surgeon in Nashville. I would highly recommend you.

I was referred to Dr Reynolds by a dermatologist to treat a pilonidal cyst and waited 3 weeks for appointment. His office received the referral and didn’t tell me he didn’t treat this. I waited over an hour to see him for nothing. The office should read referral notices and not waste time for patients.

I went in for an umbilical hernia repair. My surgery and recovery went very well. Dr. Reynolds was professional and efficient throughout the entire process.

Initial visit was great. He was able to explain the need for surgery, what he would do and answer all of our questions. Surgery went well. My only complaint was that none of his partners came to see me in the hospital when he went on vacation. Follow up visit went well although the wait in the room was very long.

Enjoyed the personal touch, operation went smoothly, recovery was quicker than I expected, He explained very clearly how the procedure would go, the recovery expectations, Highly recommend him, this is my second operation he has done on me.

After waiting 6 hours from the schedule surgery I was notified it was delayed. The Surgical Clinic did not bother to let me know until after sitting in the waiting room the procedure was delayed. This provider and clinic obviously has not respect of other's time. Many providers and ASC's in the Nashville area where you will be treated with respect

Online it said small portion of Medicare patients. I think the reason he did want to do a 7 hour surgery on me either he was not qualified or he could do more surgeries in the same time for more money. I think he missed his calling. He should be a teacher. Loves to talk and do nothing.

I saw him for a Workers Comp. Case. Most of the time WC doctors are not the friendliest, but he was very kind and genuine with his concerns. He explained everything in great detail. He even showed me the CT in motion and explained the whole situation. I learned a lot about my condition.

I enjoyed talking with Dr Reynolds, he listen and explain everything to where a child understands. W

Dr. Reynolds is my husband's dr. He did two hernia repair surgeries most recently. He is always very cautious and explains things with great detail. He cares for his patients and their families.

He is a great surgeon, he performed double inguinal hernia surgery on my husband who is 70 years old. He did an am amazing job. He feels great! because of that, i decided to see him as well. He explained in detail what I need to do and while we wait for results, I feel confident Dr Drew Reynolds will help me. Great beside manners, kind and explains things very well. Everything was great except wait time to see the doctor which was about an hour or more from my scheduled time of the appointment time.

I was truly impressed with Dr. Reynolds! He performed my colon resection and was incredibly meticulous and knowledgeable about everything. Dr. Reynolds was very professional yet he was very easy to talk to. He welcomed any questions I had and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. I highly recommend Dr. Reynolds!
