Do not go to this office if you are having any sort of mental illness you will receive minimal support be judged and ridiculed. The staff also believes in a cookie cutter treatment plan for all patients if you do not fit into their treatment mold you just don't get proper care. Karen the nurse is rude and unsympathetic towards patients. Dr. Lee could use some continued education, when I asked for specific labs to be drawn he didn't know what any of them were. I was requesting basic hormone therapy labs so this was not reassuring my faith in him as a Dr. the office is afraid to order anything that might actually be helpful solely based on insurance instead of what patients actually need.

I wish I could give lower than a one-star review. I had waited approximately a month for my initial visit with Dr. Lee. And while the Covid-19 outbreak happened during that time, Dr. Lee's office waited until the day of the scheduled appointment to cancel. When I explained the reasons why I wanted to see the doctor, I was told they couldn't help me until the pandemic subsided. I understand this is a scary time for a lot of people, but others have medical needs that need to be met. They could've given me more notice that they were unwilling to help at this time. Now it's even harder, if not impossible, to find care unrelated to Covid-19. Dr. Lee has really failed his patients and I'll do my best to find care elsewhere. I strongly recommend you also look for alternative care, even in the best of times, as Dr. Lee's office has shown their true colors at this time.

He is very
