dr. West was my urologist when I was on vacation out in Missouri and had to be hospitalized with kidney stones. He was very informative and walked me through what was going to be happening with my procedures.

My husband has had 2 apt with Dr West and on both apt they called and changed them. Did not ask if it was ok or not. Just that your apt has been changed. The first one we had to reschedule , the 2nd one they changed the time again. We kept this one. They told him to wait in in a room, He waited 1hr before nurse took his vitals. I was in the waiting room, the door was open and I saw Dr West walking around like he was lost. We left, an hr later they called asked if we wanted to reschedule. NO!!!!

Dr. West was an absolutely fantastic Doctor! Always willing to go beyond the normal to do what is right! Would 10/10 recommend him to anyone seeking a Urologist!
