A very compassionate and caring Doctor
Dr Slater has been my doctor for years and every visit has always been very pleasant and very informative. His nurse Donna has always been so helpful no matter what the issue is, what a great team they make. Best doctor and nurse to have.

Dr. Slater is the best doctor to have. I have been his patient for over 10 years or more! Him and his care team will always be my team of choice. He has never failed me concerning my health. He is very caring and always explains things very well concerning my health. He always goes above and beyond to make certain his patient knows what it takes to live a healthy life! I recommend anyone needing a doctor to look no further than Dr. Slater and Mrs. Donna too. She is an excellent Nurse!

Listens and is caring
Dr Douglas Slater is a good listener and caring. He explains things well and is attentive to details. He’s not pushy but gets his point across. He doesn’t rush the visit but gets to the point of the visit and is pretty matter of fact. I rarely have to wait at all. His nurse Donna is awesome also. She’s quick to respond when I have questions or concerns that I send to the patient portal.

Great Experience
Every time I visit Dr. Slater it’s always a welcoming experience. From the receptionist, nurses, to Dr. Slater everyone is professional. I have been seeing Dr. Slater for almost 15 years and feel he always has my best interest at hand. He looks for the root cause instead of throwing medicine at an issue. He has always referred me to top notch Doctors when specialist were needed to get to a root cause with special testing. Thank you, for always listening to my concerns!
