Informative, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Never in a rush and always accessible. He replaced both of my knees and will work on my shoulder next. He has 100% of my confidence.

I was referred to Dr. Plagens through friends, one who was a patient of his. I have thanked them multiple times for the referral. Over the years, I’ve seen several orthopedic surgeons; without a doubt, Dr. Plagens is at the top of my list. His bedside manner is perfect and orthopedic skills unmatched. He was always honest about my treatment and recovery. I had a large complete tear of the rotator cuff along with some other issues that were 4-years old. Not only was Dr. Plagens able to repair and clean everything up in the shoulder, but he was able to get me back to a place physically that I didn’t think was possible. I made several trips of a nearly 4-hour roundtrip for appointments and surgery…and I would do it again in a heartbeat should I need his services in the future. The staff are great, from the front and back office to the extremely friendly to the very caring nurse that always took me back to the rooms. I could not have asked for a better outcome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND D

Staff is very nice, doctor is not a very nice man at all.. the why he talked to the nurse staff at hospital was uncalled for and the way he talked to me was terrible..I will never see him again.
