Took too long to call in prescription
Telehealth
I waited about 20 minutes to be connected through United Healthcare for a virtual care visit. He was very nice and knew right away that I needed anti-nausea meds. He agreed to call them into my pharmacy. However, he didn’t do it right away - he waited for a few hours. I have not been able to eat or drink much. And I’m very upset that it took so long for the pharmacy to get my prescription. I am a senior citizen and this is unacceptable.

What a great Doctor!!
Telehealth
I was in emergency level pain from a migraine and sought telehealth for the 1st time. I will NEVER use an emergency room again for my chronic illnesses. Dr. Nelsen was great and saved me the usual 4 or more hours I spend in the ER. He was better than most doctors I've encountered in the ER. I wish that I could get him again if I ever needed a doctor! Thanks Dr. Nelsen!! The migraine is gone and I have you and CVS to thank!
