Dr. Musgrave is extremely experienced and professional. I had hand surgery performed by Dr. Musgrave 8 years ago, so when my current family practice physician referred me to Dr. Musgrave for my other hand, I knew I would be in good hands. His confidence and abilities are second to none. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a talented hand surgeon.

I went to see Dr. Musgrave regarding Dupuytreen Contracture in both hands. Since my condition had now progressed to my fingers starting to curl, he explained that for the time being there is not much he could do unless I was experiencing pain, which I wasn't.

I went to see Dr. Musgrave due to hand and forearm pain in both arms. After examining one arm, suggesting x-rays, and leaving the room, he came back and said he just realized it was both arms, suggesting he wasn't really listening to anything I said. Throughout the appointment, he kept mentioning how he thought it wasn't carpal tunnel since I wasn't experiencing numbness and tingling; however, I had told him several times that I was experiencing numbness and tingling. He noticed a potential issue in one hand that he referred to an oncologist. After talking to the oncologist's, I found out that he marked the wrong hand as having the issue and they weren't sure why it was referred anyhow. Overall, I left my appointment feeling like Dr. Musgrave didn't really care about my issue, didn't care enough to listen to anything I said, didn't take me particularly seriously, and still had no idea what my symptoms are when I left, which leads me to question the appropriateness of his decisions.

Good doctor. Offered options for treatment and decided to take the least invasive one first which I thought was good. I thought he was good hand doctor.

I’ve had a previous surgery with Dr Musgrave, and this was a new visit for a second surgery. Dr Musgrave is an excellent surgeon, very clear and concise with his communication and what to expect outcome wise.

It was a virtual visit lasted 4 minutes. Told him my wrist hurts when I type and he said either it’s arthritis or I may need surgery and get a plate put in after cutting some bones, how he came up with this without X-rays lol. He said someone will call me from his office to make arrangements for surgery . Very uncaring Doctor and was in a rush. Never recommending him or going back to him. My visit was supposed to be on Friday but he himself called me and said can we do this now, I told him I’m at a grocery store. He said when will I reach home I told him about 15 minutes. He said he will send me a link at 12pm and to click it for the visit. I got three different calls from 3 different ladies, billing, and another specialist appointment. I told all 3 callers that I am not seeing this ortho again and explained them politely the reason. They were all very sorry and said hopefully I won’t get billed after they speak to him. I have insurance and I know he will bill me slot for 4 minutes sa

At my initial visit for trigger finger a couple of years ago, we decided to try the least invasive option. When the issue resurfaced a year later, he explained the surgical option and what the ramifications could be. He's pretty much a no nonsense guy; got right to the point, and scheduled the surgery. Out come was as he expected which has been very good for me. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Musgrave is professional, friendly, and efficient. He showed me the x-ray of my fractured finger, explained everything in terms I could understand, not taking longer than needed, and I didn’t feel rushed. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

He came across in a callus manner and felt that he was pushing me to get an injection and leave. His bedside manner lacked compassion and did all this without considering my medical history. Once I told him I wanted to think more of his treatment recommendation, he was quick to show me the exit.
