I love this doctor. Perfect provider for me. He listens to my problems and refers me to a specialist. Because of this doctor I caught my breast cancer while it was still stage 0!

I have been seeing Dr. Louie for a few years now and he has always been professional and pleasant to work with. He takes the time necessary to find a solution to health problems or to refer patients to see specialists. My husband has been a patient of Dr. Louie for many years. We have known Dr. Louie to be concerned, methodical and thorough in his care and evaluation of his patients. He is not inclined to hand out pain meds (opiods) or any meds unless there is a strong indication or medical necessity for prescribing drugs.

He is a phony! Had to go to ER 5 times in two months with back pain and ER told me to go, tomorrow as BP was elevated to 150/97 but the doctor wouldn't help me with pain even when it's dangerous for my health. Said that I had to go to a pain doctor and I showed him Humanas authorization and I told him that his referral failed to get me anywhere with them except a recording ever since I got the referral. He failed me and he is now discriminating against me and lied in his oath to take care of me.

I've been going to Dr Louie for at least 4 years now, & love the care he gives. The office staff is wonderful, scheduling is always within the time I need & wait time has never been more than 10 minutes from waiting room to Dr Louie coming into the exam room. He's very intelligent, has me on a very good balance of medications, works with other specialists I may have. A perk; his office is VERY close to a Baskins-Robbins. ^_^ I would definitely recommend him to others!
