Dr. Douglas Hopper, MD

I was assigned Dr. Hopper as my GP during covid19 so never personally met him but he and his office person, Colleen, were outstanding. Colleen went above and beyond to help me navigate the health care system and get the specialist I need asap. She touched base with me on her days off and gave me updates and assured me she and Dr. Hopper were checking every day to get me to the right place. They did, and I am so pleased. I have never had such care from a Dr's office - especially since I am a new patient and we have never met. Thank you!!!

If you have a medical issue he is very prompt and highly intelligent. I called him and he remembered my lab results without a computer, just off the top of his head. If you don’t get an immediate response remember the old adage “No news is good news” I am very pleased that Dr.Hopper is my primary physician.

Do not start going to this office . It used to be decent but now they are overwhelmed with insurance paper and the receptionist is rude and totally incompetent. You never can see a specialist no matter how recurently sick you get . Dr Hopper has no bedside manners .the onlyly nice person was Gaby , but she is so overworked she cant help anymore.

I have to agree with all the reviews on here. The wait times are really bad , you have to wait for over an hour. The when u do get seen , Dr. Hopper sits quietly on his laptop, and mumbles to me, ok why you here? When you try to ask him questions on the medications or in regards to test results, he answers sarcastically and does not give U an answer and if you are lucky to get an answer, and you have questions on your tests , he quickly dismisses you and says “ Ok where should I send your medicn

Completely disorganized. Rude. No follow up with patients. Another issue was the ER tried to contact him to get a cardio vascular test ordered and he never called them back nor followed up with me. Takes no responsibility for front desk disorganization and actually deflects issue as your own and will not have mature conversation to resolve any issue. I do not truth this Dr with my life mush with less anything else.

Dr. Hopper is the most rude physician I have ever encountered. His wait times are ridiculous as well.

Didn't listen to a thing I said and told me after to go to a holistic pharmacy and maybe they could help me. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! YOU are the doctor, YOU should be helping your patients, Dr. Hopper! I advise a different choice in physician.

He has a very cold personality and you wait over an hour before you see him. I've seen him 3 times and waited 1 hour, 70 minutes and 110 minutes the last time. I would not waste your time.
