Personable but dismissive
I have had several cysts of varying size on my scalp for many years and finally decided to have them removed. I was referred to Dr. Hintzman by my PCP and had my initial appt recently. He was personable and asked appropriate questions, but he also expressed some concerning views about the pandemic restrictions that were concerning to me as a medical professional. He also said he was only willing to remove 2 of the cysts and seemed dismissive to my request to remove more than that. We discussed risks of the procedure, but he didn't really explain why he was only willing to remove 2 of them. Some of them are small, but I would think those would be easy to remove. Office staff was very helpful and the office environment was fine. Not really impressed of him though.

I had carpal tunnel surgery. I was very pleased with the ease of getting an appointment, the courtesy of Dr. Hintzman and his staff, the clarity of his explanations, the surgery itself, and the follow-up.
