Dr. Douglas Fleck, MD

Dr. Fleck has been my child’s pediatrician since moving to Ohio. I thoroughly trust him as a medical professional and the diagnosis he’s given my child. He is friendly, never feel rushed during our visits, and he interacts with my child. He seems to genuinely care about my child’s health.

Time and time again, he disappoints us. He’s very busy, always seems somewhat distracted, distant, and dismissive, like your appt is putting him out. Doesn’t seem to care much. I’ve tried to discuss issues we’re having with our toddler with him multiple times, but he doesn’t hear me and usually has one foot out the door. We avoid making appointments because we dread seeing him and it’s usually a waste of time. It’s always an hour long wait for him to rush through the visit anyway and he rarely seems to be in an even SOMEWHAT friendly mood. If you want a doctor who cares, he’s not the one.

Dr. Fleck is one of the best doctors i have met, he takes his time to talk and answer questions, I know he cares about my son and i am sure he cares about any child that comes to see him. The entire staff that workers in his office is also great and very helpful.

It’s hard to find a doctor that will actually sit and listen to your concerns. Treat your children like a patient and not just a number. Very personable and professional.

This is the first appointment since our pediatrician retired and I must say, I am very impressed with Dr Fleck! I have never been happier with my child's doctor! He got her in the same day, was very professional, and answered all questions politely and thoroughly.
