Waiting hours to see a damn doctor is unacceptable. If my appointment is at pm I shouldn’t have to wait till 3:30/4 to see the doctor. I don’t care if you’re the best. My time is valuable and if you can’t see me and my child within limits of my appointment what’s the point of even giving me one? Just tell me to walk in and wait. This is absolutely ridiculous. Now my child insurance with expire and I can’t get an appointment somewhere else in such short time. Unacceptable and unprofessional

We’ve met with Dr. Straw twice after delivering our daughter via home birth. Our first impression of her was sweet. I was told newborns are priority yet both visits with our daughter at 3 days and 6 days old, we are waiting 2-3 hours before being seen. The second visit she told us we made a BAD decision to not give our child the vitamin K shot which we felt was rude and unprofessional. She also took a month to let us know the first PKU screening was invalid and needed to be redone.

Dr. Straw is a true friend, like family. She is knowledgeable, affectionate, and gentle. Children loves here and so do the Adults. She spent lots of time to listen and share with everyone and make sure her beloved patients are well taken care of. I would definitely recommend her to any family, who would then become part of her true family for life.

She is a great doctor, super friendly and very carrying. However, the waiting time is ridiculous. For every appointment we have gone, we had to wait around 3 hours.

She is absolutely the best in the world!! I love her. As a child myself I went to her when she first came down here in 1989, I was born 1987. she now takes care of all my three babies. she is blessed hard working and truly a gift from God. I love you too much Dr. Dorothy V. Straw
